Anyone (jen...) make lemon curd? I've been looking on line and seem to have found some good recipes but I wasn't sure - I would like to can them and save them... so preserving informaton would be excellent as well.
I'll look into my church cookbook for a recipe. Every recipe is an old prairie recipe that's been used a billion times before going in the book, so I'd trust them all. (Although I don't know if lemon curd is an old prairie recipe.)
I haven't had a moment to make myself an m. And it turns out I may have less time because I got handed a job, for the week anyways, this afternoon, which probably means it's mine if I want it. Grrrr. lol Although we're not sure what's going on because the phone lines have been open for the puter system to call me for almost three hours now, and it hasn't called, and...yeah.
carmen - lemon curd is that yummy stuff you spread on toast and got me hooked on in university - i think in the stores it is called lemon spread... i've been motivated to start looking at doing more canning and annual food prep...
