pictures

Here are me and the kids in Kelowna. This is also me with my shorter hair cut. I liked it two weeks ago and now it's at a funny length so I keep putting it up in the afternoon - ok - really it is more than I get sick of batting it out of my way and by 3pm it is so DAMN staticky that I'm go bonkers!

I'm contributing this photo for Kyle. He took this picture and I love it. It says so much about Michael and his personality. 14 months - CRAZY!

And finally a photo from the 'what's this file'? Any guesses?

It looks like on of those old oranage bags that you could get at the store. Or the long string licorise that you can by at the store all together and than spinning out.

mel you are the closest with the licorice idea... thank you jen for your very creative guess :)

mel - what bags are you talking about?

Hey April, Your hair looks great. That is a great photo of you and your boys. How long is Andy down in Kelowna for?

It is absolute chaos at my place right now. Boxes everywhere. Tom is leaving on Sunday with our dog and driving out and Wyatt and I are flying Westjet next Thursday. I have to stay to supervise the movers when they come to take away our stuff next week. Once I am settled in and we have our internet service hooked up again, I plan to start updating my blog a bit more regularly and post pictures of our new place. (Once I finally get to see what it looks like.....)

Hi Sarah and Wyatt! We want to wish the best for your move and hope you have a happy and safe journey... I can't wait to hear about Wyatt in the Prairies :)

Andy will be in Kelowna until the end of September :( a month longer or two longer than I thought it was going to be - more frustrating now is daycare - I'm wanting the boys in there full time less and less, but don't have anyone that can do in home care... I would much rather have them there three days a week and two days at home with someone... the problem I have is my terrible work schedule - yes I work 9-5 but I have meetings a minimum of 5 times a month that are at night and typically run for a couple of hours - so I've asked my mom to cover the evening meetings so I don't have to get a sitter for those times and the boys can be at home - happy with grandma - but I wish I could just pay her for Fridays or something - something to make it less for the boys... I guess I need to make that call tomorrow morning... we talked before about it but I could see her offer but didn't really believe that it was a real commitment - it is easy to promise things -

mel - my door is still open to you... just in case :)
