What are you going to do with them all? Freeze them? I always have mine with strawberries and cool whip... mmmm... that's what I'm going to have for dinner now!!
Actually these were for a meeting today - spoiling my group - I've never actually froze them before but someone today suggested that. Today's were filled with whip cream and then strawberry, peach or cherry and then the guys had special ones at home - chocolate and banana :)
I actually wanted to sell them at Farmers Market in the summer just for something to do on saturdays - of course then someone at my meeting today noted that I probably do enough and maybe that wasn't the one more thing that I needed... I'm definitely going to spend more time focused on things I love and less on things that are stupid and a waste of my time...
